Meetings in a creative and inspiring setting
Here – in Alfred Nobel’s former dynamite factory – there is space for both large and small conferences, meetings and kick-offs. We offer a unique, historic setting, peace and quiet in nature by the shores of Lake Mälaren, yet we are only minutes from Stockholm city centre.
If you want to start the day with a truly special experience, choose to arrive by boat. It takes just under half an hour from City Hall and is a magical trip through Stockholm’s stunning inner archipelago. This journey is often especially appreciated by guests from abroad.

At Winterviken, all our food is made from scratch in our own kitchen, with great care for both flavour and quality. Food has always been an important part of the experience with us – and something we know many of our guests remember and appreciate a little extra.

We love food that’s well cooked and uncomplicated, made with great ingredients based on what’s in season. Whether you come to us for a coffee break, dinner, a celebration or a conference, the ambition is the same: everyone should remember that the food was truly delicious.

Start the day with a cosy breakfast – during the warmer seasons, our guests often sit outside on the large terrace, hold their conference upstairs in the Grand Hall, or in one of our smaller rooms, before it may be time for a refreshing walk-and-talk in the beautiful surroundings of Vinterviken, whether you choose the route along the water or up into the forest behind the house.

If you choose to stay with us after the conference, there is of course the option to continue the evening with a drinks reception, dinner and perhaps even a party with dancing.
If so, a pre-dinner drink and canapés await on the ground floor while we prepare the room for the evening’s dinner. Guests can unwind after the day’s work, ready to be pampered a little longer with great food and drink and a lovely end to the conference.
